Make a no-obligation reservation of one of only seven lots available. The cost of a reservation is refundable and goes toward the purchase of the lot. Maximum 2 reservations per buyer.
Once reservations are full, we will offer a waitlist. -
2. Lot Purchase
Once lots are recorded and available for purchase, you will close on your lot and we will begin the planning, final design and initial construction phase of your luxury modern A-Frame.

3. Build & Customize
We will finalize any custom details, add ons, floor plan changes and begin construction. Estimates on the length of time to finish a home will vary, but are estimated at 12 months once started.

4. Moving In
We offer turnkey services through our partners including landscaping, interior design, furnishings and decor and more. As a completely turnkey builder, we can help with everything involved from the beginning of your build to your moving in.
